A Training Week In Review
What I did this week to work up to Saturday’s big team training day.

I went back to Malibu. I was pretty determined to get over whatever it is that is making me lose that enjoyment I had up until the Mulholland ride. (more…)

Honolulu Century Ride
The Honolulu Century Ride, September 30th, continues on Oahu’s eastern and windward shores.

I really need your help.
I’ve taken on the challenge of 100 miles and make a difference in the lives of 785,829 Americans living with blood cancers.
