To Clip or Not To Clip

What girl doesn’t want a chance to buy new shoes? And when they come with a chance to buy new bike pedals, so much the better!

Remembering how much I hated my toe cages years back (more years then the age I joke about being) I wasn’t too keen on being told abut them new fangled clips on the pedals. Couple the extra expense wit everyone’s sage advice that I will fall when learning how toclip in and out, I just couldn’t find the appeal

Of course, the appeal is apparent to anyone who has cycled at length. Clipping in, like the older toe cage method, allows the motion of cycling to do part of the work for you.

Still not entirely convinced that I would be happy with the new pedals I opted to do a little fact finding for myself. I went to
